RETURNS & REFUNDS — SPARTAN SUPPLY CO.

 

Every garment is printed to order for you in Canada. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, we handle returns differently than a big-box store — and we're upfront about it.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM — OUR FAULT, OUR COST

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email us at spartansupplyco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full — shipping included. No forms, no fight.

 

SIZING AND CHANGE OF MIND

Made-to-order items can't be restocked, so we can't accept returns for sizing or change of mind. Please check the Size Guide (linked on every product page) before ordering — and if you're between sizes, size up. Ordered the wrong size anyway? Write to us; we'll always look for a fair solution.

 

SPARTAN DISCIPLINE SYSTEM (DIGITAL)

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email us with your order number.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Chaque vêtement est imprimé à la commande au Canada. Article endommagé, défectueux ou erroné : écris-nous à spartansupplyco@gmail.com dans les 30 jours suivant la livraison (numéro de commande + photo) — remplacement ou remboursement complet, frais à notre charge. Les retours pour taille ou changement d'avis ne sont pas acceptés (produits imprimés à la demande) : consulte le guide des tailles avant de commander ; en cas d'erreur, écris-nous et nous chercherons une solution équitable. Spartan Discipline System (numérique) : remboursement intégral sous 7 jours, sans justification. Remboursements traités sous 5 à 10 jours ouvrables.
